This notice covers fuzzytask.app, operated by Zeek Labs, 12303 Cyrus Way, #106, Mukilteo, WA. The website and launch list are intended for adults aged 18 or older. For the Android app, read our app privacy policy.

Launch email signup

When you sign up, we store your email address, submission time and the version of the consent statement you accepted in our hosted database. We use this information for the Android launch announcement and to manage removal requests. Launch announcements are prepared in Resend. Signup records currently remain in our website database; email addresses are added to our launch mailing segment when preparing the announcement. Resend processes mailing-list and delivery information for that purpose and provides unsubscribe controls in the announcement. We do not take payments on this website.

We keep launch signup information while preparing and completing the launch announcement, or until you request removal, subject to any applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or removal, email hello@fuzzytask.app from the address you submitted.

Hosting and security

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1 database storage. Requests may provide IP addresses, browser information and request metadata needed for delivery, reliability and security. Providers handle their operational records under their own policies and retention practices.

Our signup endpoint temporarily uses an IP address in server memory to limit repeated requests; it does not store that IP address in the signup database. We do not use advertising trackers.

Simple website measurement

We count page loads, launch-link clicks and successful new launch signups in daily totals. Each total is grouped by a known page path, a broad source such as Google or direct, and the event type. We do not store visitor identifiers, full referring URLs, search terms or IP addresses in these totals. Measurement code does not set cookies or use browser storage. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement.

Daily totals older than 90 days are removed when new measurement is received. Short-lived in-memory request limits help prevent abuse. Page loads are not unique people, and browser blocking or automated requests can affect counts.

Support and your choices

If you contact us, we use your correspondence to answer your request and follow up as needed. Messages to hello@fuzzytask.app are forwarded through Porkbun to a Gmail inbox managed by Zeek Labs. Porkbun and Google process the sender address, message content and delivery information for this support service. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request, follow up on unresolved matters and meet applicable legal obligations; you can request removal through the same support address. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a task example or support email.
